rolling in dead things and poop

Question:

My Jack "Mason" that is now 2 1/2 years old has begun rolling in other dog's poop and dead fish if she can find them. Why would she do this and how can I stop her? Also, she runs from me when my husband isn't home, how can I break her of this bad habit? Please give me your best advice!!!!
